- Peel and grate the carrots. Peel 2 oranges, peel off the white skins and dice the pulp. Mix the carrot grated and orange pieces.
- Squeeze the 3rd orange. Mix the yogurt with the juice. Season to taste with herb salt and ground ginger.
- Mix with the salad. Let soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
