Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots. Peel 2 oranges, peel off the white skins and dice the pulp. Mix the carrot grated and orange pieces.
  2. Squeeze the 3rd orange. Mix the yogurt with the juice. Season to taste with herb salt and ground ginger.
  3. Mix with the salad. Let soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
