Instructions

  1. Rub the lemon peel, squeeze the lemon. Make a marinade from lemon juice, oil, honey, nutmeg and a little grated lemon zest.
  2. Peel and roughly grate the carrot. Mix the carrots and sauerkraut with the marinade.
  3. Season the sour cream with the crushed pepper, salt and sugar.
  4. Arrange the salad and garnish with a dollop of the sour cream mixture.
