Mix the soy cream, mustard, vinegar, tahini, sugar, salt and pepper into a dressing. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a small pan until golden brown without adding any oil or fat. Grate the carrots and add to the dressing with the sesame seeds.
Variation with other ingredients:
1 tablespoon organ juice, chopped peppers / onions, garlic or fresh herbs (parsley, coriander).
