Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, slice them finely and cook them in salted water until they are firm to the bite. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until light brown. Dice the sheep cheese.
  2. Make a dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Mix the carrots, sheep`s cheese and flaked almonds with the dressing and let it steep for 1 night.
  4. A great success for brunch!
