Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots into thin sticks.
  2. Finely slice the white cabbage and place in a bowl with the vinegar. Pounding until it`s softened.
  3. Now mix in the carrots, oil, honey, mustard and celery salt and season the salad to taste. Garnish with parsley.
