Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices or sticks. Glaze in the butter and a little sugar. Add the raisins, the barberries and the finely chopped ginger. Pour 2 tablespoons of water and cook in a closed saucepan. At the end, season with salt and a little sugar and sprinkle with coriander greens or parsley if desired.
