- Peel the garlic, it is almost no problem with the Solo garlic. Puree the oil and salt with a magic wand and pour into small twist-off glasses.
- I use the smallest glasses for this, around 50 ml.
- Boil with the lid loosely on for 30 minutes, then screw the lid on while hot.
- The paste can be used almost anywhere as a substitute for fresh garlic, I use it in dressings, marinades, roasts, vegetables, ..
