The cashews are soaked in cold water overnight and poured off before processing. Strain fruits and, if necessary, strain through a sieve. Puree the cashew nuts in a blender (the blender also works). Add about 2 tablespoon of the fruit puree and the vanilla pulp, sweeten if you like. Sweeten the fruit pulp (again as desired). Arrange the puree in a glass and pour the fruit pulp over it. Decorate with fruits to taste.
