Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, honey and yoghurt and pour into the bread pan.
  2. Spread the flour evenly on top. Put salt in one corner and butter in another corner of the bread pan.
  3. Make a small depression in the flour without reaching the liquid and add the yeast.
  4. Close the lid of the machine and start on Normal, medium browning.
  5. If the signal sounds for the addition, further ingredients such as the nuts and the orange peel can be added.
  6. When the program is over, switch off the machine and remove the bread pan. Be careful when working with baking gloves. Take the pastries out of the baking pan. Let the nut bread cool on a wire rack.
  7. Any other nuts can also be used.
