- Put the cashew nuts in a saucepan and pour boiling water over them, then let them steep for 2 hours. Drain the water and puree the nuts.
- Mix the butter in a bowl until creamy and mix with the cashew puree and horseradish. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic.
- Goes well with fresh bread, as a small starter or snack in between.
