Instructions

  1. Soak the cashew nuts in hot water overnight.
  2. Finely puree the cashew nuts, lemon juice, peeled garlic, salt, tahini and cumin with a blender. Gradually pour in the olive oil. Finally add about 75 ml of water until it has the right consistency.
  3. Season the hummus to taste and serve.
