Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, boil them in water until soft. Rinse the parsley with cold water and shake dry. Drain the boiled potatoes, let them steam out briefly and then peel them. Depending on the size, quarter or cut into slices or cubes.
  2. Wash and clean green beans. Cut into pieces approx. 4 cm long. Then cook with savory in sparkling, boiling salted water for about 12 minutes.
  3. Preheat the stove to 200 degrees.
  4. Peel and chop onions. Grate Gouda. Dice meat loaf into bite-sized pieces. Drain the beans and rinse immediately with ice-cold water.
  5. Steam the onions in hot butter until translucent. Stir in flour and sweat. First stir in the broth, then milk and cream. Bring to the boil briefly. Melt half of the cheese in the sauce, season and place in a baking dish with the potatoes, beans and meat loaf. Scatter leftover cheese. Let it bake for about 20 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
