Clean the chicken breast and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and paprika powder in a pan and fry briefly. Put the chicken aside. Cut the zucchini into small pieces and fry in the same pan. Add to the chicken pieces.
Chop the onion, garlic cloves and tomatoes in a blender. Depending on the consistency, let something boil down in the pan. You can also add a little tomato paste or ketchup. The sauce shouldn`t be too thin. Season well. I use the Café de Paris spice and salt and pepper for this.
Grease a correspondingly large baking dish a little. Now lay individual layers. First half of the chicken and the zucchini. Then half of the sauce. Spread some sour cream and crème fraîche on top. Now lay out the chips, crumble some in your hand and add them. Finally add some grated cheese. Layer the rest of the ingredients in the same way.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil in the last 10 minutes.
