Instructions

  1. Cut pork steak, chicken fillet into pieces and cabanossi into slices. Peel the garlic cloves and onions. Halve the bell pepper, remove the white parts and cut into strips. Peel the tomatoes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pieces of meat and sausage.
  3. In the meantime, heat oil in a saucepan, add chopped onions and garlic and fry. Add the paprika strips and chopped hot peppers. Let it simmer slightly and add the corn kernels with a little liquid. Cover and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes and then add tomatoes. Season to taste with the spices, add the meat, poultry and sausage and heat everything again.
  4. Ciabatta or other white bread goes well with it.
