Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Meanwhile, cut the ham into small pieces and drain the asparagus pieces in a colander. Mix the hollandaise sauce with some grated cheese.
  2. Cut the cooked potatoes into slices and place half of them in a baking dish as the first layer. Then first spread all of the asparagus on top, then all of the ham. Pour almost half of the hollandaise sauce over it. Spread the remaining potato slices on top and cover with the remaining hollandaise sauce. If you want, you can now sprinkle a little grated cheese on top. Baked in the oven at approx. 175 degrees (approx. 15-20 minutes).
