At first, I didn’t really like this spinach dish, but still decided to try it. I changed the recipe a little but left the idea of the spinach casserole itself. And I didn’t regret it – the casserole turned out to be very tasty.
Fry chopped garlic, chopped onion in half the oil. Add spinach, quickly fry, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the spinach into an ovenproof dish, spoon into the indentations, and beat in the eggs.
Melt the remaining butter, add a little milk, flour, salt and beat until it is a lump. Pour in the remaining milk and whisk. Add minced meat, grated cheese, stir and pour mixture over eggs.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake the spinach casserole in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
