Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop without the stalks. Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a pan, slowly sauté the onion cubes and the garlic cubes until translucent.
Put the minced meat in a large bowl. Add the parsley, harissa and all other spices and mix everything well. Also add onion and garlic cubes and knead in. Season with salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into approx. 24 rolls and fry in the remaining olive oil.
This goes well with a tomato salad, yogurt sauce and flatbread.
