Clean the cauliflower, cut into small florets and wash. Clean French beans and cut in half, depending on size. Cut the Kassler into cubes of about 2 cm.
Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the meat cubes on all sides until brown. Deglaze with milk and cream and bring to the boil briefly. Add the vegetables and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and thyme leaves.
