- Clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. Cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the basil, shake it dry, pluck the leaves and roughly chop them.
- After about 15 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas to the cauliflower and finish cooking.
- Now pour both together and then mash finely with a potato masher. Stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper.
