Clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. Briefly boil the florets in sparkling salted water until they are half soft. Cut the ham into small strips and grate the cheese finely.
Place the cauliflower florets in an ovenproof baking dish and mix with the ham. Mix the cream or the whole milk yoghurt with the flour and eggs, season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir in the grated cheese and pour everything over the cauliflower. Put a few more flakes of butter on top and bake the casserole at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
