Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the cauliflower. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size.
  2. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix the meat with the egg, parsley, a teaspoon of mustard and the diced onion. Coat the cauliflower with the minced meat. The amount depends on the size of the cauliflower. Cover everything with the bacon. Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
  4. A roast-cream sauce and potatoes go well with it.
