For the taste, roasted bacon or bacon cubes and grated cheese can be mixed into the minced meat mixture. Drain the cauliflower and place in a slightly larger baking dish while it is still hot. Cover the cauliflower evenly with the minced meat and then spread the bacon strips over the entire surface of the minced meat. You can use cubes instead of bacon strips. Simply distribute it over the entire surface and press it down. The minced meat casing dries out a little more with bacon cubes than with bacon strips. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the cauliflower bomb for about 1 hour. A light salad is recommended as a side dish for the food combining / SIS variant. Otherwise boiled potatoes and a light sauce (possibly from cauliflower water) are delicious. Tip: The lean quark can be replaced with 2 stale, soaked and squeezed rolls if you don`t want it to be a food combining dish. This makes the minced meat casing a little less firm.
