Wash off the cauliflower and broccoli with warm water. Then cut the heads into small pieces. Melt some coconut oil in the pan. Fry the vegetables over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Add ajvar, crème fraîche and vegetable stock and stir well. Season everything again with salt and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes and then put in a baking dish. Crumble the feta cheese over it with your fingers and fold in with a spoon or spread it a little.
Put the casserole in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes and then serve.
