First wash the cauliflower and broccoli and cut into florets.
Dice the onion.
Sweat cauliflower, broccoli and onion in oil. Pour the broth and cream on top. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Puree with the hand blender. Add processed cheese, wash and pluck parsley and add to the soup as well. Season to taste and cook for another 10 minutes. Pour the soup into soup cups and sprinkle a handful of cheese on each cup. If necessary, add parsley to taste.
