Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Boil the broccoli and cauliflower in salted water for about 8 minutes, remove and drain. At the same time, cook the penne in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes until al dente, then drain and drain.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and the mozzarella into slices. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
  3. Butter a baking dish and add 2/3 of the pasta. Place the mixed vegetables on top and distribute the remaining pasta on top. Whisk the cream with the eggs, salt and pepper and pour over the gratin.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes, then remove, cover with mozzarella slices and bake for another 3 to 4 minutes until the mozzarella melts easily.
  5. Serve garnished with finely weighed parsley. A large bowl of mixed salad is served with it.
