Instructions

  1. Clean cauliflower, broccoli and romanesco and cut into florets, in salted water until al dente! cook, then blanch in ice water. You can do this together in one pot, but I cook each vegetable individually and in my own water, so the colors stay nicer in my opinion.
  2. Drain the corn. Let the cauliflower, broccoli and romanesco cool. When they are really cold, carefully mix with the diced ham, cheese, paprika, corn and Miracel Whip. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let the salad steep for about 4 hours.
  3. If you don`t like corn, you can use yellow peppers instead of corn.
  4. A delicious salad as an accompaniment to grilled dishes.
