Cook the cauliflower in salted water until al dente.
Process the minced meat with 2 eggs, salt and pepper and breadcrumbs into a mass (I always season it as I season it for meatballs).
Mix the cream with 4 eggs and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Line a large springform pan (28 cm diameter) with the puff pastry and spread the minced meat mixture on top. Place the cauliflower on the minced meat and pour the cream and egg mixture over it. Sprinkle cheese on top if you like.
Bake in a hot oven at approx. 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 1 hour.
