Instructions

  1. Cook the cauliflower until soft and mash it with a fork. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, 2 egg yolks, the sour cream and the parmesan. Add breadcrumbs as required, season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into meatballs and turn again in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until crispy.
  2. Tip: The cauliflower can also be replaced with broccoli or mixed with broccoli.
