Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and put them in a saucepan. Cover the vegetables with water and cook until they are soft. Then add the vegetable stock and puree everything. Season with the spices and you`re done!
  2. You may have to skim off a little broth before pureeing, otherwise it will be too runny.
