Leave the cauliflower whole and cook for about 20 minutes (season the water with the boiled stock)
Knead the minced meat, breadcrumbs and egg and season well.
Make a light sauce from margarine, flour, cream and a quarter liter of vegetable stock.
Place the cauliflower in the center of a round baking dish. Place the minced meat around the cauliflower as an edge. Pour the light sauce over the cauliflower and minced meat.
Sprinkle everything with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes
