Instructions

  1. Do not overcook the cauliflower and red lentils separately from each other. Peel, quarter and slice the vegetable onion, peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and roughly grate the ginger.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or large saucepan. Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger in it. Add water or broth. Stir in the curry powder and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cauliflower and lentils and sauté briefly. Finally, dice the tofu and fold in. Season to taste with salt, lemon juice and possibly soy sauce. Serve hot.
  4. Note: Because of the lenses, you don`t necessarily need another side dish. If something is still missing, rice is enough or you can try baking the Indian flatbread yourself in the pan (there are certainly recipes here in the database).
