Instructions

  1. Prepare a smooth dough from flour, butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4-5 tablespoons cold water, wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and cook until al dente. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  3. Roll out the dough and place in a greased springform pan and pull up one edge. Spread the minced meat and cauliflower on the dough and sprinkle the pine nuts on top. Whisk the cream with the eggs and season well. Pour over the quiche and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
