Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and fry briefly in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly, without adding any fat, add the minced meat and fry well, set aside to cool.
  2. Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets and briefly cook in salted water (or vegetable stock) with 1 sip of milk until al dente, pour off the water / stock, also set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sour cream (sour cream or créme fraiche is also possible) with the sambal oelek, the pressed garlic cloves, salt, pepper and the herbs.
  4. Wash, clean and chop the zucchini, bell peppers and tomatoes. Now cut up the cooled cauliflower florets (not too small) and add to the bowl with the minced meat, zucchini, bell pepper and tomatoes. Mix everything together, season again if necessary and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Of course, you can also use leftover cauliflower from the day before, the salad is an inexpensive way to use leftovers.
