Knead the butter, flour, eggs, salt and paprika into the dough and chill. Clean the cauliflower and cut into florets. Cook the cauliflower in salted water for 7 minutes, then drain. Catch 1/8 liter of cooking water.
Line a springform pan with the dough and prick with a fork. Pre-bake in the 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Mix the meat with the chopped parsley, diced onion, egg and spices and spread on the dough base. Press the cauliflower florets in with the stems facing down. Prepare the white sauce with milk and cauliflower boiling water, dissolve the cheese in it. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper and the remaining chopped parsley. Bake the cake in the 200 degree oven for 45 - 55 minutes.
