I mix olive oil with a heaping teaspoon of salted soup vegetables and a pinch of chili (there are several recipes for salted soup vegetables in the database). But you can also use other oils and just season with salt and pepper. Or add dried herbs, chilli or soy sauce if you like. It has to taste very salty and spicy.
Mix the cauliflower florets with the oil in a bowl (or in the baking dish), this is best done by hand. Each rose must be coated with oil.
Put in a baking dish that is big enough that the florets are not on top of each other and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
