Instructions

  1. Brown the bacon and onions lightly in heated oil. Deglaze with cream, add processed cheese wedges and grate the Gouda cheese. Add the stock cubes, then add a little salt and pepper. Let it cook a little.
  2. In the meantime, do not fully cook the cleaned cauliflower (with the green leaves) in salted water and add to the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
  3. Cook pasta al dente. Strain and add to the cauliflower. Reheat everything well again. Serve hot.
  4. If you like, you can add parmesan over the dish.
