Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or circulating air to 180 ° C.
  2. Clean the cauliflower and then grate it in the food processor. If there is no food processor, it can also be grated by hand or chopped very finely. Place the cauliflower on a baking tray lined with baking paper and lightly salt. Cover with a second piece of baking paper and cook in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, mix the cheese with the egg and pepper in a bowl. Remove the cauliflower from the tray, let it cool down briefly and mix it with the cheese and egg mix. On the baking sheet lined with baking paper, form a round pizza-like flatbread from the cauliflower mixture, press flat with your hands and bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for another 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the topping for the pizza. Take the cauliflower pizza out of the oven, top it as you like and bake for another 10 minutes.
