Instructions

  1. Boil cauliflower, cool and cut into small florets. Cut the leek into rings, season with salt, squeeze out the liquid. Cut the carrots and onions into cubes. Drain the peas and corn, cut the corn on the cob into slices. Finely chop the chives.
  2. Mix yogurt with tartar sauce and ketchup.
  3. Mix all ingredients carefully and season with salt and pepper.
