Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the cauliflower and cut into florets. Peel and chop onions, then sauté in butter. Add curry and sauté briefly. Add cauliflower, pour in the vegetable stock and cream, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the processed cheese, season with pepper, nutmeg and possibly a little salt. Puree finely.
