- Put cauliflower in salt water for 30 minutes (because of possible residents )
- Put whole cauliflower in boiling water. Season with granulated broth, nutmeg and sugar.
- Cook for about 20 minutes (depending on the size of the cabbage) - make a spot check with a knife to see whether it is already done.
- Lightly toast the breadcrumbs in the pan. Melt the butter.
- Spread the breadcrumbs and butter over the cauliflower.
