Divide the cauliflower into larger florets, place in boiling water and cook in it for 5 - 10 minutes, depending on how soft or firm you want the cauliflower to be.
Stir the corn starch into the cold water in a separate saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Add mustard, turmeric, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper, stir everything well.
If that`s too low in fat, you can of course add some vegetable oil. A neutral olive oil or sunflower oil is ideal here. Depending on your taste, pumpkin seed oil or sesame oil also fits here. The taste of the sauce is of course very dependent on the mustard that is used.
Fried potatoes with lots of onions go well with it.
