Finely chop the celery, carrots and apples (fine sticks) and place in a bowl. Add the raisins and pour the pear juice over the whole thing. Mix well and let it steep (preferably a couple of hours). Before serving, chop the almonds and add. Possibly add a little more pear juice.
Tip:
Of course, apple juice can also be used instead of pear juice, but pear juice is sweeter and, in my opinion, fits better.
