Instructions
Sauté celeriac, carrots, onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Soak old bread in milk. Mix everything with the eggs, nutmeg, salt, pepper and fresh dill. Shape patties and slowly fry in olive oil over a low heat.
This goes well with rosemary potatoes and salad.
