Instructions

  1. Heat the broth.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the celery and onion into small pieces and add to the broth. Brew the tomatoes and remove the skin. Then add them to the broth, also cut into small pieces.
  3. Add the horseradish and cook over a low heat until the vegetables are soft. Then stir in the creme fraiche and grind the whole thing with a hand blender until there are no more pieces in the soup.
