Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets with cold water and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. After turning, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Clean the celery and cut the stalks into thin slices. Peel and quarter the pears, remove the core and cut the pulp into fine pieces.
  3. For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the maple syrup or honey, soy sauce and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the celery slices and the pear pieces with the yogurt dressing. Cut the chicken breast fillets diagonally into thin slices. Arrange the salad with the chicken breast fillets on four plates.
