Instructions
Roast the sunflower seeds dry in the pan.
Clean the celery, cut into fine strips, finely dice the pears and cheese.
Prepare a marinade with oil, water and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Let the salad steep and garnish with the sunflower seeds and a cress rim.
