Instructions

  1. Peel the celery and cut into fine sticks. Melt the butter in a pan and add the celery. Fry for about 15-20 minutes until soft. But it still has to have bite. Pour in the cream and mix in the parmesan. Season to taste with salt. Suitable as an accompaniment to potatoes, pasta, rice. A tomato salad tastes great with it.
