For the cevapcici, finely dice the onion and garlic. Put the minced meat in a mixing bowl and mix with the paprika powder or pul biber, the other spices, the chopped coriander, the onion and the garlic. Knead by hand until a bound meat dough is formed. Roll out short, thick sausages and fry them evenly on all sides in a pan.
Dice the tomato for the rice. Boil your favorite rice and let it drain. While the pan is draining, add a little oil and let it warm up. Then put the rice back in the pot and fry briefly. Then add the tomato paste, the diced tomato and the peas and season with paprika powder or the Pul Biber. Mix the ingredients while frying. When everything is mixed, add a shot of tomato puree and stir for another 2 - 3 minutes.
