Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix well and knead all ingredients except for the bacon.
  2. Shape the mixture into cevapcici / sausages, approx. 4 cm in diameter and 8-10 cm long. Then wrap each roll with a slice of bacon. The bacon does not have to be attached separately, it sticks to the mince. Now place on the grill for approx. 10 - 15 minutes, turning several times.
  3. Attention! The sausages are not for the slim line.
