Instructions

  1. Heat the water in a small saucepan and boil the tea bags. Add the cinnamon stick, ginger and cloves and bring to the boil. Take out the tea bag, add the sugar and simmer until it becomes syrupy.
  2. Warm the milk or froth it up as you like and add about 5 tablespoons of the syrup and enjoy.
  3. The remaining syrup cannot be kept in the refrigerator for too long.
